Parents Do's and Don'ts

Parents and teachers working in harmony can make a tremendous impact on a child's dous impact on a child's life.
Your child's academic success is important to both of us.
  • Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in instilling regularity, punctuality, cleanliness and sense of discipline in the children.
  • Parents are expected to acknowledge the Principal’s and Teacher’s remarks, and sign report cards, answer papers when so requested. Failure to do so may put your children at great inconvenience.
  • Withdrawal of your child during school hours for mere social function is discouraged as it affects the child’s progress in school and minimizes his / her efforts / respect for regular hard work.
  • Parents are requested to check the homework regularly and send children well prepared to school. You need to spend at least an hour a day with your child.
  • When Parent - Teacher meetings are arranged, Parents must attend them without fail, meet the concerned teachers and discuss about your children’s performance.
  • The School is not responsible for the lost goods such as books, money and tiffin carrier etc. Pupils must be taught to take care of their belongings and must not bring any valuables to school.
  • Doing daily homework and classwork is the duty of the student and failure to do so may lead to disciplinary action.
  • Children who repeatedly / deliberately disobey the rules and regulations of the school will be dismissed or suspended from the school by the principal who has full right to do so.

Fees

  • School fees have to be paid for all twelve months, term wise.
  • Fees have to be paid by the 10th of each month, (9.00 AM to 12.30 PM) Those who are paying after 10th have to pay Rs. 10/- as fine.
  • The final results will not be issued until all the fees are paid. Fees for April and May are to be paid in advance by the 10th of March.
  • Students leaving the school after the Annual Board exams also will have to clear all payments including that of May
  • School leaving certificates will not be issued until all sums due to the school have been paid.
  • All special fees should be paid at the beginning of the year. i.e. before the 30th of June.

Examination And Report Cards

  • The examination pattern consist of:
    Mid Term Exam : July, Nov, Feb
    Terminal Exam : Sep, Dec, Apr
  • The Marks obtained in all the examinations will be taken into account for promotion.
  • Pupils should pass with 40% marks in all the subjects.
  • No leave will be granted during examination days No reexamination will be held for any one who is absent for the exam.
  • Malpractice during the examinations is discouraged and stringent action shall be levied.
  • The given instructions prior to the examination should be followed strictly.
  • After examination the valued answer scripts will be distributed after the Re-Opening and progress cards will be issued as per dates fixed by the school.
